Hi, I’m Olga.

I’m a neurodivergent therapist, recovering perfectionist, and fellow human being.

I believe (pretty freaking strongly) that whether you have an ADHD brain, are Autistic, or live with chronic Depression, PTSD, or Anxiety, there is actually nothing wrong with you.

Instead of pathologizing differences, I help clients understand and embrace their sensitive brains and nervous systems that likely never came with an instruction manual.

Through individual therapy, I teach neurodivergent women (and members of the LGBTQ+ community) to regulate their nervous systems, heal their relationship with themselves, and reclaim a genuine feeling of self-worth in a world that wasn’t built for you.
