Mindfulness-Based Therapies

With the stresses of modern life, we often disconnect from our bodies as a way of coping. Mind/Body therapies help to heal the relationships between our bodies and our minds, access emotions we may be unaware of, and give us the skills needed to release and heal symptoms holistically.

Internal Family Systems

A non-pathologizing way of viewing distress, IFS is a psychospiritual model that helps us to make contact with parts of ourselves that carry childhood wounds. Similar to Inner Child work, IFS seeks to resolve current distress by instilling balance into our inner environment, bringing ‘stuck’ parts of ourselves into the present moment, and helping us to access the wisdom of our inner Self.

Trauma-Informed Modalities

Sometimes complex challenges require individualized solutions. I use a combination of current research in Neuroscience, Trauma-informed Care, and Psychodynamic approaches to craft a treatment approach specific to your unique emotional, somatic, and spiritual needs.
